Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are intact and the garment is protected.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at the nearest authorized courier point and keep your receipt to track the shipment until it reaches our warehouse.
